They are the core equipment for processes such as leaching, purification, and solvent extraction. Through high temperature, high pressure, and stirring, the reactor accelerates the reaction between acid, alkali, and other leaching agents and the ore, efficiently extracting valuable metals such as copper, zinc, and gold. The equipment must have extremely strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is often made of titanium, lined materials, or steel composite plates to withstand the erosion of the mineral slurry and chemical attacks, ensuring low-grade products.
